Location: Daly City, CA

Pay: $2,147 to $2,347 per week
Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

About the Position

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in sports orthopedics is required
• Manual therapy skills are required

Assignment Details

• Flexible schedule within operating hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• EMR: AMD
• Daily volume of 12 to 15 patients
• 7 to 10 evaluations per week, scheduled for 60 minutes each
• Follow-up visits scheduled every 30 minutes
• 1:1 patient care model
• PT performs evaluations and establishes plan of care
